Care Instructions

Bags :

Keep the bag dry and away from moisture. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Store in its dust bag when not in use to maintain shape and texture. Avoid overfilling or contact with oils, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.

Shoes :
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not soak or machine wash. Let it air dry naturally, away from direct heat. Store in a dust bag when not in use.
Shipping and Returns

We use the following courier services:

  1. Regular (Local Indonesian Orders) - 2 to 5 working days
  2. Express (Local Indonesian Orders) - 1 to 2 working days
  3. Overseas Orders - please contact our Customer Service

We ship orders on Monday - Friday, cut offs at 3pm. No shipments will be made on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Returns & Exchanges are only applicable if you receive a defective or incorrect item.
  • We do a careful quality control of each item before shipment, but if you somehow receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video proof for complaints through WhatsApp or Email.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the day your order is delivered (i.e. Your order is arrived on 1st May, you have until 8th May to ship back your returns).
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with our dustbag and box packaging.
  • Please refer to the Return/Exchanges policy at the bottom of our website.
