1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges are only applicable for shoe size exchanges

Exchanges are available for different sizes of the same item, or for a different style of equal or higher value, subject to availability. If you choose an item of lower value, the price difference will not be refunded

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

Items must be returned within 7 days from the date your order is delivered (e.g., if your order arrives on May 1st, you have until May 8th to ship back your return).

Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including the original dust bag and box packaging

For size exchanges, all shipping fees (including return and re-shipping) will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges are limited to one-time only per order
2. Return Process

Submit a Request – Contact us via WhatsApp at +62 821-2514-3617 to request a return.

Approval & Shipping Instructions – Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details.

Packaging & Shipping – Securely pack the item in its original dust bag and packaging. Then send us a valid tracking number via WhatsApp.
3. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if the size you wish to exchange is out of stock or if you receive a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds will be issued either as a voucher code for the next purchase or as a cash refund equal to the selling price of the returned product(s) - depending on the situation.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

We conduct thorough quality control on each item before shipment. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide unboxing video proof via WhatsApp at +62 821-2514-3617 or email at cs@yeva.asia.

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including the shipping fee.

For exchanges due to defective or incorrect items, the shipping fee to resend the replacement will be covered by YEVA.
