When will my order ship?
We ship every Monday through Friday, excluding Indonesia's public holidays. Our cut-off time for shipments is 3 PM daily. Payments made after 3 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Why is my order cancelled?
Your order will be automatically cancelled if payment is not made within the 24-hour time limit.
If your order is cancelled for any other reason, please contact us via WhatsApp +62 821-2514-3617 — we’ll be happy to assist you with the shipping of your order(s).
How do I use the discount code?
At checkout, simply enter your discount code in the provided field. Once applied, the discount will be automatically applied to your total

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from our website.
How long does the shipment take?
Regular: 2-5 days
Express: 1-2 days
What happens if my order is lost during delivery?
YEVA is not responsible for any loss of merchandise once the package has been handed over to the shipping courier. We are also not liable if the courier is unable to deliver the package due to reasons such as an incomplete or incorrect address, or the absence of a recipient at the destination.
Please contact the courier’s customer service to resolve any delivery issues.

Do I need an account to place an order?
You can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account gives you access to exclusive benefits such as:

I can’t find my email order confirmation. How can I access my order history?
You can access your order history by logging into your account. Your account stores information such as your order history, billing address, and shipping address.

Where can I find the Size Chart and Product Measurements?
Simply click on the desired product and then click SIZE on the product description. Each product has its own measurement guide listed on its product page.
Need to exchange your shoe size?
You’re welcome to return the item, and we’ll send you the size you need. Full details of our Returns & Exchanges policy can be found at the bottom of our website.
To avoid sizing issues, we recommend checking the size chart provided on each product page. If you’re unsure, our customer service team is ready to help via WhatsApp or email.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for exchange.
