Each pair of our espadrilles is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans, using natural jute fibers. As a result, slight variations in texture, weave, or tone in the jute area are to be expected. These natural differences are not defects—they are a reflection of the artisanal process and make each pair truly one of a kind.

Care Instructions

Gently rub stained area or dirt using a suede brush or a soft toothbrush. Always brush in one direction. Store in a cool, dry place inside a dust bag. Do not use harsh cleaners. Do not soak in water.

Shipping and Returns

We use the following courier services:

Regular (Local Indonesian Orders) - 2 to 5 working days
Express (Local Indonesian Orders) - 1 to 2 working days
Overseas Orders - please contact our Customer Service

We ship orders on Monday - Friday, cut offs at 3pm. No shipments will be made on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Returns & Exchanges:

Returns & Exchanges are only applicable if you receive a defective or incorrect item.
We do a careful quality control of each item before shipment, but if you somehow receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video proof for complaints through WhatsApp or Email.
Items must be returned within 7 days from the day your order is delivered (i.e. Your order is arrived on 1st May, you have until 8th May to ship back your returns).
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with our dustbag and box packaging.
